Job Description

  • Manage to achieve the set target of student enrollment;
  • Conduct market research and plan for activities to increase the student enrollment;
  • Manage and coordinate the production and the broadcasting of various marketing materials and campaigns to attract new parents and promote school services and programs;
  • Manage, supervise and implement different marketing activities that involve with direct email, outbound call, boot shows/public events, corporate partnership, direct communication/promotion, media and other marketing activities;
  • Track the performance post campaign and making recommendations for most effective marketing activities;
  • Lead, motivate and manage the Front Office team in the daily operations to meet and exceed the parent expectations and requirements when enrolling their child at school;
  • Supervise and work with the teaching team of the assigned classes/program to ensure the high rate of parent satisfaction of the assigned classes/program;
  • Be proactive in the planning and preparation of the daily, short term and long term plans to increase the current parent satisfaction and relation as well as attract new parents
  • Assist School Director/Campus Manager in the overall improvement of parent satisfaction about school programs and activities;
  • Execute other tasks requested by School Director/Campus Manager

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of three years working experiences in Sales/marketing/advertising/brand management/customer service;
  • Willing to work overtime to achieve the target;
  • Experienced in working with International School is an advantage;
  • Fluent in English speaking with excellent writing skill (a written test will take place during the interview);
  • Experience managing a team is a plus;
  • Bachelor Degree in Education, Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent (Master degree is a plus);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High sense of responsibility, result oriented, dynamic, and resilient to pressure;
  • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Fast learner and hard worker to achieve set goals .
