Job Description

  • Facilitate with branch manager or other parties to find building and location to set office standard
  • Work with external agencies, suppliers or relevant staffs to set up office standard, existing office and office movement project
  • Control quality of office construction material to ensure the constructor has followed the plan, agreed quotation and contract
  • Drafting all rental contract and to make sure every party agree and sign in appropriate contract form
  • Filling all leasing contract and Alert and facilitate with branch manager to manage the expired rental contract in order to renew contract or find the new office location and building
  • Prepare all office set up project timeline
  • Update the number office and announce every movement, changed office
  • Collect necessary information related to office rental and make presentation to committee for approval
  • Conduct preliminary negotiation with the landlord follow AMK office standard guideline
  • Solve the problem related to AMK office
  • Liaise with Relevant Departments

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 2 year experiences in branch administration, office construction, or related fields
  • Knowledge in Advance Excel other software program.
  • Knowledge in Cambodia Law, Leasing management and contract
  • Understanding construction detail drawings
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good command of English; read, written, and spoken;
  • Computer literacy: Essential – Microsoft Office 2007 (Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint)
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skill
  • Good inter-personal skill
  • Honest, high responsibility, and good initiative
  • Willing to travel to the province
