Job Description

  • Provide technical support to end-users from each branch related to applications developed by VisionFund Cambodia and the core banking systems;
  • Troubleshoot any issues as requested by users related to software application and some peripheral devices in the organization;
  • Work closely with branch officer to perform change requests from all branches related to core banking system;
  • Perform daily database back up (End of Day (EOD), Start of Day (SOD) and TAPE);
  • Monitor size of file backup of core banking database;
  • Monitor database services to ensure that all services running well;
  • Record start time and end time of close of business and tape backup into log book system;
  • Available to work on weekend or holiday if there is a request from organisation to support business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Must understand and agree on VisionFund’s Mission, purpose, values, and objectives;
  • Recent graduate in computer science or related field;
  • No experience is required;
  • Knowledge in concept of database design and programming language such as C#, HTML, CSS;
  • Knowledge in MS-SQL script;
  • Knowledge in micro finance;
  • Knowledge in basic networking such as LAN, WAN and TCP/IP configuration;
  • Ability to organize and quickly evaluate the nature of the problem and to provide a solution rapidly and accurately;
  • Requires good analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have a Customer Service oriented mind-set with the ability to organize, prioritize and delegate tasks while transferring knowledge and exp
